How It Works

• Make your award ticket reservation between December 18, 2023, and December 27, 2023, for travel through May 31, 2024. Keep in mind that the promotion is not available from March 27 to April 15, 2024, due to blackout dates.
• Go online to your Miles&Smiles account.
• To find available award flights, enter your travel information, including origin, destination, travel dates, and number of passengers.
• Select one of the available flights to take advantage of the 30% discount on award tickets. Both Economy and Business Class award tickets are eligible for the discount.
• To redeem your miles for the award ticket with the discount applied, follow the on-screen instructions.
• You can also try making a reservation by calling Turkish Airlines at 800-874-8875 or sending an email to a Turkish Airlines ticket office with all the flight details prepared if you run into any problems or are unable to find availability online.

Thus, be prepared for any obstacles that may arise during the process.

For travels through May 31, 2024 (apart from March 27 to April 15, 2024), simply reserve your award ticket between December 18 and December 27, 2023. Making an online reservation with your Miles&Smiles account is simple. During the ticket and travel dates, you are able to make changes to your reservations on the same routes. Within a year, your miles can be refunded minus a small processing fee if you need to cancel. Keep in mind that this offer is limited to Turkish Airlines flights and is subject to seat availability. AnadoluJet and codeshare flights are not eligible for it.
